Quantum Fiber leans on chat. Its contact page offers chat for tech support and account questions seven days a week, and lists 833-250-6306 for people who'd rather call, also seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Central. Reliable Internet Inc is an authorized sales agent and can't reach your Quantum Fiber account, so for account help use the Quantum Fiber options above.
Other Ways to Get Help
- Quantum Fiber app: the contact page says the Customer Success Team in the app can help with a late technician, rescheduling an appointment, upgrading or moving service, and fixing a connection problem.
- Online account: sign in to view invoices, update your payment method, manage appointments, schedule a service pause and change your speed plan.
- Support center (quantumfiber.com/support): articles and videos on equipment, Wi-Fi, speed and billing, plus a speed test.
- Social media: the contact page links Quantum Fiber's social channels.
If the chat button doesn't appear, Quantum Fiber says browser privacy settings or pop-up blockers can hide it, and suggests allowing pop-ups or turning off blocking extensions.

Quantum Fiber Outages
Check the outage map from Quantum Fiber's outage page, or open the app or your online account, where active outage alerts show on the home screen with an estimated fix time when one is known. Turn on service notifications and Quantum Fiber will text you when an outage hits your address, with updates and a notice when service is back (a recorded voice message if your number can't take texts). If there's no outage listed, check your equipment and power: Quantum Fiber notes the service goes down during a power cut until the electric company restores it.

Billing and Payments
Quantum Fiber service is prepaid. Your first payment is taken when the order completes, and each month after that a recurring charge renews the service until you cancel. You can pay by bank account, debit card, credit card or another prepay method, though the advertised prices assume AutoPay from a bank account. Paperless billing is required.
Your invoice can include one-time charges (such as installation, 360 WiFi pod purchases or unreturned equipment), the monthly subscription, taxes and fees, and any discounts. Quantum Fiber says taxes are included in regular monthly charges in most cases, and that exact charges depend on location. Update your payment method online or in the app.

Pausing Service
Going away for a while? Quantum Fiber lets you pause service for one to nine months, at reduced charges, from its website: sign in, choose Services, then Schedule Pause and pick your stop and restart dates. You can change the restart date any time before the original one.

Moving Your Quantum Fiber Service
Moves go through a support agent. Quantum Fiber says the process depends on your location and account type, and in some cases you'll place a new order at the new address and then cancel the old service. You may need to return your 360 WiFi pods, but leave an attached SmartNID on the wall. If Quantum Fiber doesn't serve your new address, call us at (888) 428-0573 and we'll check which providers do.

Cancelling Quantum Fiber
There's no contract, so you can cancel any time by contacting the Fiber Success Team (chat or 833-250-6306). Before you go, Quantum Fiber points to pausing or moving service instead. After cancelling:
- Return all leased equipment, including the modem and 360 WiFi pods, within 30 days to avoid extra charges. Don't remove a SmartNID attached to the wall.
- Payments cover a full month, and Quantum Fiber doesn't give partial refunds if you cancel mid-cycle.
