Reliable Internet Inc (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates reliableinternetinc.com as an independent authorized sales agent for residential internet, TV and bundle services. We are not an internet service provider, cable TV provider or telecommunications carrier, and we are not AT&T, Optimum, Frontier, Verizon, Xfinity, Windstream, WOW!, Astound or any other carrier.

Our role

We operate as an independent authorized sales agent through agreements with authorized master distributors that hold direct agreements with the service providers featured on this site. Through these agreements we are authorized to present provider offers and to submit new-service orders on behalf of customers.

What this means for you

• Service is provided by the carrier you select. Installation, equipment, billing, technical support and all terms of service come from that provider, under its customer agreement.
• We do not add fees to your bill. Participating providers pay us a referral fee or commission when a customer enrolls.
• New service orders only. We cannot access, change or support existing provider accounts.
