By using reliableinternetinc.com (the “Site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Our service

Reliable Internet Inc is an independent authorized sales agent for participating providers, not an internet service provider. The Site provides comparison information; orders are placed by phone. All internet, TV, mobile and phone services are provided by the carrier you choose, under that carrier’s own customer agreement, which governs your service.

2. Prices and availability

Plan, price and fee information reflects offers published on the provider’s own site on the “checked” or “Last verified” date shown on each page. Prices vary by address, and many are promotional: they apply for a set term (for example 1, 2 or 3 years) and then the provider’s standard rates apply. Taxes, activation, equipment and other fees may be extra. The provider confirms final availability, price and terms for your address before an order is placed.

3. Commissions

We may receive a commission from a provider when you order through us. This does not change the price you pay. See our advertising disclosure and reseller disclosure.

4. Existing accounts

We take new service orders only. For billing, technical support, moving or cancelling an existing account, contact your provider directly using the numbers on its official site or your bill.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by interfering with its operation or copying its content for commercial use without permission.

6. Intellectual property

Site content is owned by Reliable Internet Inc or its licensors. Provider names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the services we sell.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reliable Internet Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site, or for the acts or omissions of any service provider.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date above shows the latest review. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Advertising disclosure. Reliable Internet Inc is an independent authorized sales agent operating through master distributor agreements. We are not an internet service provider, cable TV provider or telecommunications carrier. We receive referral fees or commissions from participating providers when a customer enrolls; this does not affect the price you pay.

Pricing. Prices reflect each provider’s published offer as of the date recorded with it. All prices are subject to change, vary by service address, and may require autopay, paperless billing or other conditions. Verify final pricing with the representative before ordering.

Trademarks. All provider names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison purposes only. Their use does not imply endorsement.
