Rise Broadband now operates as Rise Internet (riseinternet.com). Rise doesn't sell its own TV service. A Rise "package" is an internet plan plus the add-ons you choose: ActivePhone home phone, Wi-Fi equipment and service upgrades. Rise delivers service over fixed wireless or fiber, depending on where you live. Plans and speeds vary by address, so check yours before you order.
Rise Internet Plans
Rise lists three home plans on its Compare Plans page. Prices include a $20/mo AutoPay discount.
| Plan | Speed | Price with AutoPay | Price without AutoPay | What's included |

| Level Up | Up to 500 Mbps | $49.99/mo | $69.99/mo | Great home Wi-Fi; unlimited data; 30-day money back guarantee |
| Pro | Up to 1 Gbps | $79.99/mo | $99.99/mo | Best home Wi-Fi; free eero 7 Wi-Fi router; unlimited data; free professional home installation; 30-day money back guarantee |
Rise says every plan includes unlimited data, no contracts, no hidden fees and U.S.-based support. Rise also says plans up to 1 Gig are offered in select areas, so the speeds at your address may differ. Source: riseinternet.com/compare-plans, checked Nov 6, 2026. For more on speeds and service types, see Rise internet plans.
Add Home Phone: ActivePhone
ActivePhone is Rise's digital home phone service. It starts at $20/month, including equipment rental. Rise lists:
- Unlimited U.S. calls
- Free international calls to landlines in 64 countries and mobile phones in 13
- Free transfer of your existing number
- Call waiting, caller ID and 3-way calling built in
If you add phone service, the technician installs a small analog telephone adapter (ATA) that plugs into your router. Source: riseinternet.com/digital-phone and riseinternet.com/faqs, checked Nov 6, 2026.
Advanced Wi-Fi with eero 7
Rise's Advanced Wi-Fi option uses an eero 7 router. Rise says that if you take its eero 7 instead of your own router, eero Secure features come free. Those features include Active Threat Protection, ad blocking, network insights, content filters, Wi-Fi scheduling and hotspot backup. Rise lists the eero 7's coverage as up to 2,000 sq. ft. and says it supports 120+ connected devices. The Pro plan includes the eero 7. For larger homes, Rise says you may need additional routers for mesh coverage; contact Rise Customer Care to add them. You can also use your own router. Service Upgrades
Existing customers can upgrade in the MyRise portal. Rise lists whole-home mesh Wi-Fi, speed upgrades that many homes can get without a new install, and 24/7 Rise Support. Rise says mobile and home security options are coming. Source: riseinternet.com/service-upgrades, checked Nov 6, 2026.
What About TV?
Rise doesn't sell a TV package of its own. Its Service Upgrades page lists "Flexible TV options with Sling through MyBundle." Because the current plans include unlimited data, you can also stream with any live TV app. If you want a traditional TV bundle, call us and we'll compare the TV options at your address.
Fees to Know Before You Order
Rise's Additional Fees and Payment Terms page lists these charges for residential orders unless a promotion says otherwise:
- Connection fee: up to $99, charged at time of sale, non-refundable
- Wi-Fi router rental: up to $15 per month, depending on plan
- Equipment rental: up to $12 per month, depending on plan
- VoIP equipment rental: $1.00 per month
- Carrier Recovery Cost: $6.99 per month, depending on plan
If a soft credit check calls for one, Rise may ask for up to a $200 refundable deposit. You can also choose to pay the deposit instead of having the check. Source: riseinternet.com/legal/additional-fees-disclosure-statement and riseinternet.com/faqs, checked Nov 6, 2026.
