Rise Broadband now goes by Rise Internet. Old risebroadband.com links redirect to riseinternet.com, and the site footer reads "© 2026 Rise Internet." Rise's main support number is 1-844-411-7473. It appears on the Contact Us page and in the footer of every page, and the Support Center says you can call or text it. Rise says its support team is U.S.-based and that "day or night, you can reach a real person." The My Account page also lists 1.844.200.7473 under "Call us anytime. Our support team is available 24/7." If you aren't sure which to use, start with 1-844-411-7473. Reliable Internet Inc is an authorized sales agent and can't reach your Rise account, so for account help use the Rise options above.
Ways to Contact Rise Internet Support
- Phone or text: 1-844-411-7473, any time.
- MyRise Self-Service Portal: Rise says it gives secure, 24/7 access to your account. You can view current and past bills, make one-time payments, enroll in or manage AutoPay, update contact information, manage notifications and service alerts, and review payment history. Sign in at riseinternet.com/myrise/login. First-time users register with the account number printed on their bill.
- MyRise app: sign in to the MyRise portal on your phone and follow the pop-up instructions. Tap the Share icon in your mobile browser, then choose Add to Home Screen.
- Support Center: articles on troubleshooting, equipment returns, installation (fixed wireless and fiber), ActivePhone setup and the MyRise app.
- FAQs: a long FAQ page covers new-customer questions, speeds, outages, billing and eero devices.
The My Account page also links to webmail, a data usage checker and phone (VoIP) settings. Rise doesn't list retail stores. Installation and repairs are handled by local technicians.

Rise Internet Outages and Troubleshooting
Check Rise's outage map first. If no outage is reported, Rise suggests power cycling your equipment. For fixed wireless, follow the cable from the roof antenna to the small power box inside, unplug its power cable, wait at least 30 seconds, plug it back in and wait one minute. For Wi-Fi problems, unplug the router for 30 seconds and allow 3–5 minutes for it to reconnect. Keep your mobile number and email current in MyRise so you get outage alerts. Paying Your Rise Internet Bill
Pay in the MyRise portal, either as a one-time payment or through AutoPay. Rise's advertised plan prices include a $20/mo AutoPay discount. Rise is a pay-in-advance service: payment is due by the first day of the service period, and bills go out about two weeks ahead. Your billing date is tied to your installation date, and a representative can help adjust it.
Fees from Rise's Additional Fees and Payment Terms page that affect billing:
- Convenience fee for a phone payment made with a call center representative: $10
- Paper statement fee (opt-in): $5 per month
- Late payment fee: up to $20 per occurrence
Rise doesn't publish a payment mailing address on its support, account or FAQ pages, so we've left one off. Ask Rise before mailing a payment. Source: riseinternet.com/legal/additional-fees-disclosure-statement and riseinternet.com/my-account, checked Nov 6, 2026.
Moving Your Rise Service
If Rise Internet serves your new address, Rise can often transfer your service instead of canceling it. Check the Areas We Serve page, then contact Rise. If Rise can't serve the new address, it closes your account on the date you choose. If you're moving somewhere Rise doesn't reach, call (888) 428-0573 and we'll check which providers serve your new home.
Canceling Rise Service and Returning Equipment
Rise has no contracts or early termination fees. Whether you get a refund depends on timing. If you cancel after your first 30 days of service but before day 40, Rise refunds your first month and your installation fee. If you cancel before or during installation, you get neither back. Rise bills through the end of your current billing cycle.
To return equipment, pack it, attach Rise's prepaid label and drop it at USPS. A technician collects outdoor Tarana wireless equipment. Fees Rise lists:
- Restocking fee: $50
- Unreturned Wi-Fi router: $150 per unit
- Unreturned VoIP device: $70
- Unreturned fiber ONT: $70
- Unrecoverable Tarana equipment: $700
The fee schedule gives 60 days to mail equipment back. The equipment return page mentions a 30-day return window, so return it promptly. Source: riseinternet.com/equipment-return-instructions and riseinternet.com/faqs, checked Nov 6, 2026.
Rise Business Support
Rise's business page offers availability checks for growing businesses and quotes for larger operations. It doesn't list a separate business phone number. The only number on that page is the footer line, 1-844-411-7473.
