Common Things You Can Do Yourself
Astound's support center covers bringing your own modem, power-cycling your modem, self-installation kits, optimizing and securing WiFi, activating Astound Mobile, checking your phone's IMEI, international calling and roaming rates, TiVo remote help, parental controls and IPTV box updates. In MyAstound you can pay your bill, manage your account and request a name change.
Billing and Your Advertised Price
Astound's advertised internet prices include a discount for autopay and e-bill paid by ACH. The discount is applied within three bill cycles and ends if you cancel autopay or e-bill, change services, or the account falls out of good standing. Taxes, surcharges and fees are added to the bill.
Returning Equipment
If you cancel DIRECTV through Astound, the leased equipment must be returned or additional fees may apply. Astound retail locations accept equipment returns.
