Terms: prices need AutoPay by bank account or debit card; it costs $10/mo more without AutoPay. Plus taxes and fees. Each plan carries a 5-year price guarantee. The one-time device connection charge is $35. Speeds vary by location, signal and time of day.

What All Plans Include

  • Unlimited data: no data caps.
  • No annual contract.
  • Gateway included: no monthly equipment fee.
  • Self-install: plug in the gateway. The T-Life app's placement assistant helps you find the spot with the best signal.
  • Same-day delivery: the gateway can arrive the same day via DoorDash where offered.

Try It Risk-Free: Test Drive

T-Mobile's Test Drive lets you cancel within 15 days and get a one-time bill credit. If you cancel, return the gateway within 45 days, or you may be charged a non-return fee of up to $370.

Switching from Another Provider

With Internet Contract Freedom, T-Mobile pays up to $750 toward your old provider's early termination fee. Payment comes as a virtual prepaid card. You must submit proof within 60 days and have been in good standing with the old provider for at least 90 days.

Home Internet Backup

T-Mobile also sells Home Internet Backup, a separate plan that keeps you online when your main connection drops. It gives you 100 hours a month, then speeds drop to up to 600 kbps.

Moving

Check availability at the new address first, because 5G service is tied to location. Then call 1-855-545-5021 to update your service address, bring the gateway with you and set it up again yourself.
